Agave americana ‘Mediopicta Aurea’ (Small Specimen) – Rare Compact Ornamental Agave with Golden-Yellow Central Stripe | Easy-Care, Drought-Tolerant Succulent for Pots, Balconies & Indoor Displays | Live Plant from India
Cacti & Succulents ring home the beauty of the Agave Plant, a hardy and low-maintenance succulent that adds a touch of elegance to your home and garden. Known for its bold, spiky leaves and unique rosette shape, Agave is a favorite among plant lovers and interior decorators
How To Care:
Light - Agave loves full sun. 6 hours of direct sunlight is preferred. However, little shade can be tolerated by agave.
Soil - Agave likes well-draining soil. Texture can be sandy or rocky. One should make sure the clay content in the soil is low. Fertilizing extensively can encourage agave to bloom, which is not recommended because the plant only blooms once, then dies.
Water - Watering once or twice a week is advisable. Agaves prefer to dry between each watering. Overwatering may encourage fungal root rot.
