Shipping and Return Policy

Handsinsoil.com takes utmost care while selecting and packing the plant. We ensure that plant is handpicked and only healthy plant is shipped to customer. We have partnered with reputed courier agencies for a safe and timely delivery. The major shipping partners are Blue dart, delhivery, expressbee and DTDC. Only in the circumstances where no shipping partner is available we ship via Indian post office.

Time for dispatch and arrival?

All the orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 - 4working days. We ship all over India, hence time of arrival will vary based on pin code. Generally it takes around 7 working days at the max to reach most part of the India. For the remote locations it may take longer.

Can you return plants? No.

HandsinSoil does not accept returns on plants. Quite possible the plant won’t be able to sustain both side travel stress. However, we ensure that the plant reaches you in healthy condition.

We recommend to take a video while unpacking of the plants.

Plants are sent bare rooted? Yes

We deal mostly with cactus, succulents, agave and sansevieria. These plants can survive even without soil and water for 15 days in average. Similarly packing them with soil is not possible. Hence the plants will be sent bare rooted.
