How To Care:
Light - Agave loves full sun. 6 hours of direct sunlight is preferred. However, little shade can be tolerated by agave.
Soil - Agave likes well-draining soil. Texture can be sandy or rocky. One should make sure the clay content in the soil is low. Fertilizing extensively can encourage agave to bloom, which is not recommended because the plant only blooms once, then dies.
Water - Watering once or twice a week is advisable. Agaves prefer to dry between each watering. Overwatering may encourage fungal root rot.
A rare and beautiful variegated form of Agave potatorum, featuring striking creamy-yellow striations on bluish-green leaves. Perfect for collectors, containers, and dry gardens.
